🔹 Drop-off of refreshment pack
⏰ Time frame: 05:00 – 06:00

Refreshment packs must be handed in indicating the number of the group and the number of the chosen refreshment point (1-9). Please make sure that you mark your pack correctly so that your pack is sent to the correct refreshment point.

🔹 Pick up at the finish (Kosice)
⏰ Time frame: 05:00 – 07:00
Packages to be sent to the finish line can be dropped off at the check-in area, indicating the start number. At the finish in Kosice, you can pick up your luggage at the minibus marked “luggage delivery”.

Health and safety rules

🚑 Health care
A medical service will ensure the safety of participants throughout the competition. If any member of the medical staff considers a competitor unfit to continue running, he/she may be disqualified from the race.

🚦 Traffic rules
At level crossings, you must follow the instructions of the staff directing the traffic. When the red light is red, crossing is FORBIDDEN and life-threatening! Violation of this rule will result in immediate exclusion.

👕 Recommended attire
It is recommended that you wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions. We recommend wearing a raincoat in case of rain, a hat in cold weather, sunglasses and sunscreen in sunny weather.

Traffic rules

🚦 Road conditions and driving direction
On the road sections, the running should take place – if possible – on the BAL side of the road, following the rules of the Highway Code.

🚴 Cycling escorts
Cyclists participating in the race may only ride on the JOBB side of the road.

📍 Route marking
The route of the race will be marked with the following signs:
✔ Black arrows on a yellow background
✔ Red markers on a white background
✔ Neon red signs painted on asphalt

⚠ Responsibility and compliance
Competitors must follow the route at their own risk. All participants must obey the instructions of the police, vigilantes and stewards.

🚌 Final bus
The race will be accompanied by a final bus, which will run at the end of the field.

Upgrading and waste management

🥤 Refresh points
The organisers will provide refreshments for the riders at each transition point.

🚮 Waste management rules
✔ Garbage generated during the race can only be disposed of at the refreshment and transition points.
❌ NO littering anywhere else on the route!
⚠ Violation of this rule will result in immediate disqualification.

Switching rules

🔄 Official exchange points
✔ Exchanges are only possible at designated exchange points.

🏃 Handing over team markers
✔ For the changeover to be valid, the next runner in the team must take the official team marker (chip).

Please pay attention to the rules for a smooth changeover! 💪

Timing and arrival at the finish

⏱ Official timekeeping
✔ Use of official timing chip is mandatory for the race.
✔ Replacement of lost or damaged chip is the responsibility of the competitor. Without a chip the result cannot be recorded.

🏁 Finish line
✔ When crossing the finish line, any part of the competitor’s torso, except the shoulders and hips, must pass through the relevant vertical plane.
✔ Timing is recorded by an electronic system, but manual timing is also provided in case of failure.

Toilets
🚻 Drive area
✔ In Miskolc, toilets are available in the lobby of the City Hall.
✔ Mobile toilets will be placed near the start.

🚿 Finish area
✔ Toilets are provided at the finish.

🚾 Changeover points
✔ Toilets will be provided at all transition points.

Finish package
🎁 Pick up
✔ The finish pack will be available for collection after the finish against a voucher in the start pack.
