The 6th Košice-Miskolc Ultramarathon will be held in the beautiful town of Gönc!

Gönc is located in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, in the Hernád valley, on the north-western edge of the Zemplén mountains, close to the Slovakian border. The town is home to the Amadé castle ruins, on the western side of the eagle’s perch of the Nagy-Amadé mountain, 650 metres above sea level.

The route of the race is mostly on cycle paths and low-traffic roads, with one dirt road on each side of the Slovak and Hungarian roads. The distance is 117 km.
